	2010 and 2011 Rates Winter, Fall, and Spring vacations have a three night minimum. Summer vacations have a week minimum, Saturday to Saturday, with some exception. Some rates may be less than listed below. Email Laura for the best rates.

	Reservation Policy We welcome phone calls or emails to discuss your stay. When you're ready to reserve your stay, email Laura or Carolyn, and she will email a contract to print, sign, and return, along with 50% deposit to: Laura C. Cook 3454 Northshore Road Columbia, South Carolina 29206
	The total of your stay is the rental rate plus $180 for cleaning and linens and 11.5%. The deposit is 50% of the total amount. The balance is due six weeks prior to your arrival or according to the terms of your contract
	Cancellation Policy If after funds are received, the guest cancels for any reasons, all funds tendered will be returned if we are able to re-rent the house to another acceptable guest, exclusive of the owners, minus the difference in rental rate and the administrative cost of re-renting
