Enjoy your stay at 16-55th Avenue, located in Charleston, South Carolina in Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms.  The beach house will offer a tranquil escape and a wide array of amenities to make you as comfortable as possible.  While you relax and enjoy your time with your family and friends, you will be making memories that will last a lifetime.  

    16-55th Avenue has a total of six bedrooms.  One bedroom doubles as a sitting area.  The beach house has two kings, four queens, one double, one twin, and one pull-out sleeper-sofa. The beach house is a spacious 3,200 square feet and sleeps up to 14 guests plus small children.  We understand that guests prefer their own bed, so we have maximized the number of individual beds for guest use.

    16-55th Avenue is very close to the beach.  The beach house is approximately 120 yards from the beach.  The back yard steps directly onto the beach access path.  A quick three minute walk will take you directly to the beach.  When you return from the beach, you can rinse off in the outside showers underneath the house.  Because the beach house is so close to the beach, you can walk back home anytime that you want to take a break from lounging on the beach, and then go right back out again.

    One of 16-55th Avenue's best features is all of its porch space.  The beach house has a front porch, a wrap-around porch, a screened-in porch, and an upstairs sunning deck.  The upstairs sunning deck provides a great place to sunbath during the day and a beautiful place to view the stars at night.  The beach house is so close to the beach, guests can often hear the sounds of the ocean. 

    The gourmet kitchen is fully furnished with cooking supplies so you can easily prepare homemade meals.  We understand that guests like a lot of cold drinks while at the beach, so we have provided two full-sized refridgerators in the kitchen.  The kitchen has granite counter tops and a center island that comfortably seats five on barstools as well as a kitchen table that seats another four.  The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, and it seats and additional eight.  Because the dining room and kitchen are next to each other, guests can host large dinner parties in both rooms, while still being close together.  

    The family room is the largest room in the home.  It has two story cathedral ceilings.  The family room has a large, flat-screened TV, cable, and a DVD player.  There are lots of windows to enjoy the outside scenery.  There is also a wet bar with wine glasses.  The family room provides the focal point of the home where families and friends can gather and enjoy time together. 

    Because we understand that sometimes work doesn't stop while you're on vacation, we have provided all of the technological comforts of being at home or work.  High-speed, wireless internet is available for guests use throughout the home.  Additionally, each of the bedrooms have a flat-screened TV.

    When you go to the beach, the last thing you want to do is worry about cleaning.  So, 16-55th Avenue is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.  When you are ready to leave, you don't have to do a thing because depature cleaning is included in the cleaning fee.   

    Because we understand that you don't want to have to worry about little, everyday things, we have already thought of them for you.  16-55th Avenue comes furnished with dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, an iron, a hair-dryer, and sun screen.  You can rest assured that you will be comfortable at 16-55th Avenue.
